Like a lot of other people here, I ordered Loot Crate for Christmas. When it became obvious that I wasn't going to get my crate on time of the holidays (It is now the 20th of December and my crate hasn't even shipped), I sent them a message requesting that they cancel my order and refund me. They said that my crate had already shipped. When I asked them to send me the shipping information, the link they sent from FedEx showed that my package was still in pre-shipment. I hasn't even left their facility and they're telling me that I have to wait to receive my package, and then send it back to them before I can get a refund. Their customer service is absolute rubbish. I do not believe they would actually refund me even if I did send the package back.
