I ordered my first crate in November and just recieved it yesterday (February). I contacted them twice about when I could expect to receive it and they gave me a cut and paste answer from their website and said that I would receive a email with tracking information. They then charged my credit card for a second crate at twice the price ($45) they had charged me before. I emailed again, asking for them to refund the money and cancel my subscription since I haven't received my first crate. They then tell me the first one is in the mail and send me tracking info while completely ignoring my refund and cancelation requests. I then ask again, to which they reply by offering me a 30% discount on a 3rd crate! Why the hell would I want a discount on a 3rd when I dont want a second?! This makes no sense! I am now on the 4th cancellation request email and completely frustrated. Will NEVER use this company again and would not recommend it to ANYONE.
