My poor review is based solely on customer service. I ordered one item for a small amount (under $20), and 10 days later, I contacted the company to find out if it had shipped. No matter what said to customer service, they ("Josh") just ignored me and sent me links to general shipping information for subscribers (I'm not a subscriber, nor do I have an account). So, I have no shipping information, none seems to be forthcoming, and customer service is essentially ignoring everything I am saying. I loved the idea of Loot Crate and wanted become a subscriber. Knowing how frustrating it is to have to contact customer service, there is absolutely no way I'd do that now. I can curate my own collection of cool stuff without the headache. I tried e-mail first and had to move to live chat because they were so unhelpful.
Another reviewer said that they just ignore everything you say when you contact them and just give you a "copy and paste" response, and that's exactly what I received. I can't believe a company with such poor service is still in business.
