I ordered a crate in September. After completing the purchase, I received a purchase confirmation estimating my crate's arrival between September 20 - October 11. It is now October 25; I sent an email to the support team a few days after the last day within its estimation.
Their response, two days later, informed that something had gone wrong and my new estimation was in late November. I did not want to wait that long for it, so I decided to reply requesting a cancellation and a refund. I checked the site today, the crate has been cancelled, however, the money has not been refunded. I live in Virginia, LootCrate is located in California. It does not take more than three weeks for an item to be shipped and received from there. I highly discourage ever purchasing from LootCrate.
