My boyfriend had ordered the wizarding world loot crates for me back in November and the first was supposed to come in January, got an email saying they were behind and it would ship in March, then got another email last week stating it would ship in April which meant my March one would then be delayed, so I decided to cancel my subscription, they kept just saying thank you for your patience and ignoring my request for a full refund, I then threatened them with calling my credit company and reporting them for fraud, I'm now waiting for my refund to be posted as I got a statement later that day saying my refund was issued, don't waste your time on this company.
