Appalling customer service. Do not stick to their own T&Cs. Impossible to contact and put all the onus on you as the customer to do all the running around to try and get your refund. Tried to appeal against charhebacj which I eventually had to submit but Visa over ruled them as they are blatant liars. Will never use them again.
