Lies and complete lack of customer care This is the second time I’ve felt compelled to review Loveholidays in just a matter of weeks due to their repeated failings. I booked a holiday to Dubai for April, but the process has been nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, I faced issues with being overcharged shortly after booking just 36 hours later, the price dropped by a staggering £600, and I felt completely ripped off. Now, the situation has gotten even worse. I attempted to amend my room via the Loveholidays app, only for their faulty or temperamental system to downgrade my booking from half board to bed and breakfast. This was never my intention, and now they are demanding an additional £500 to revert to the original booking I made in the first place! Their excuse? They blame me, claiming I initiated the change on their app. But as far as I’m concerned, their app is utterly useless and is glitching, and now I’m paying the price for their tech failures. The customer service experience has been just as appalling. I’ve contacted them three times, and the responses have been nothing but scripted excuses about their “processes,” offering no real solutions or accountability. I’ve requested callbacks from a senior manager three times now, and not once has anyone followed up. On top of that, they’re now telling me I have to wait 72 hours for a response, a timeframe that never applied to my previous contacts. Love Holiday’s system tracks your visits and quotes using cookies, inflating prices if you repeatedly check the same holiday, but clearing cookies or using a different device reveals cheaper rates proving their claim of fluctuating provider prices is misleading and a tactic to maximise profits at the expense of scamming and ripping off customers so I wish I never downloaded and booked though their app, it caused more problems than convenience. They have clearly demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, care, and respect for its customers. The combination of their flawed app, extortionate pricing, and dreadful customer service has left me regretting ever booking with them. If you’re considering using Loveholidays, think twice they are not worth the stress, time, or money.

Agree with the other review about scam. I put the wrong dates for the holiday. I tried to amend and they wanted to charge double the original cost of the holiday and of I cancelled I have to lay almost the whole cost of the holiday anyway.

Supreme Asset was incredible in helping me reclaim my $203,000 investment from a scam platform. Their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process, providing clear guidance and regular updates. They worked tirelessly to ensure a successful recovery, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their help. I highly recommend them to anyone facing a similar situation. Contact them at 📧 𝐄𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥: 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐭𝟕@𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥.𝐜𝐨𝐦 𝐨𝐫 📲 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐀𝐩𝐩: +𝟒𝟒 𝟕𝟑-𝟖𝟖-𝟔𝟗-𝟕𝟗-𝟓𝟖 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞.”

Absolutely appalling customer service, after my flights were cancelled and they couldn’t provide a suitable alternative they charged me to cancel my holiday. They ignored my emails for days on end and closed the live chat whilst I was speaking to them. I have been a loyal customer for years but I will never return to them again.

We booked our holiday trip to Agadir in December, they booked duplicate flights for the 100% same date, same passengers details, same flight number, same hotel which they acknowledged after numerous calls, chats, emails and finally confirmed their error for booking twice. We paid by instalment, they have been taking payment for 4 months and still they didn’t find out. After confirming in writing they will refund full amount, it’s over two months and still NO REFUND! They tried to even deducting admin charges for not our fault! It’s the most frustrating experience of our life! At least 15/20 calls, more than 20 emails, chat but never any calls or message ! Never we will book with Loveholidays even for £1 in future..

Extremely Poor Service and Unacceptable Delays I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Loveholidays. I initially decided to change my hotel because the property did not match the photos on their website. However, while trying to process this change, I faced extremely slow responses from their team. During the delay, flight prices increased by £100. Despite informing me about this, they disappeared completely after I agreed to proceed with the process. The issue remains unresolved, and their lack of communication has caused unnecessary stress and additional expenses. It is unacceptable to abandon customers midway through resolving an issue, especially after confirming such an important change. I expected much better service from a company like Loveholidays, but this experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I cannot recommend them based on this experience.

I booked a holiday to Istanbul in 20 Dec 2024c I booked in two months advance and the flight ticket loveholidays sell me is an expensive one which cost almost £800 for two, and the price breakdown was not showed on the website when I booked it. And I checked other site for a flight ticket and some of it only cost £300 for two. I totally not happy for loveholidays sell expensive ticket and not showing how much it is cost. And the hotel I booked from live holidays is not good as well, when I called the number for help, no one answered the phone. Totally scam, avoid this company.

In June 24, I booked a holiday to Tunisia to travel from 18th December 24 to 28th December 24 for me, my partner, daughter and son through Love Holidays. Another son booked the same holiday to Tunisia for him, his partner and my 2 grandchildren. During November 24, I received a call from someone claiming to be Love Holidays saying it is unsafe to travel to Tunisia and they are refunding holidays. I got a bit suspicious so politely put the phone down and went on the app to love holidays and stated a chat conversation. they confirmed no one from love holidays called me. I telephone called love holidays through the app and we put extra security measures in place when speaking with them. Because these scammers had known when I was travelling. One of my sons decided not to travel with us because the scammers knew we would be away from our house. I notified Love Holidays and said I would like to change one passenger to another passenger. They said ok. The hotel booking was adjusted but they said I have to call the flight supplier myself which was EasyJet. I called EasyJet early November and paid approximately £100 for a name change. In order for my partner to travel, I had to get a Tunisian visa for him. I also paid for airport parking for 10 days. On 18th December, me and my family went to Luton airport. My older son, partner and 2 kids checked in and dropped off their baggage. I tried to check in to be told that they cannot find my details on the system. When they checked further. They advised me I have to call Love Holidays because the flights have been cancelled. I called Love Holidays to be told that I had cancelled the flight and that I have to pay for a new flight if I want to travel. I explained that I did not cancel anything. They advised me to take it up with EasyJet. I called EasyJet and they said I called them and cancelled my flight and further said I don’t have access to my email so gave them a new email. EasyJet cancelled the flight and issued a travel voucher to that person. I tried to explain that I did not cancel anything and asked for the email address they sent paperwork to. They wouldn’t provide the details. What was really annoying is, whoever called EasyJet to say they changed their email address. I was still able to speak to EasyJet and confirm my usual email address in order for them to speak with me. After Approximately 6 hours of speaking back and forth to Love Holidays and EasyJet. None of them were willing to take accountability of what happened. I was unable to travel. I asked EasyJet if the holiday voucher had been used and they said ‘no’. I asked if they could put me on the next flight with the holiday voucher and they said ‘no’. Here’s a reworded version of your statement that conveys emotion: My son, his partner, and our 2 grandchildren have traveled to Tunisia without the rest of our family. What was meant to be a joyful family holiday for Christmas has tragically turned into a painful separation. I feel a deep sense of anger and sadness, especially since neither Love Holidays nor EasyJet has accepted responsibility for this situation. The distress, anxiety, and financial loss we are experiencing are truly heartbreaking, compounded by the loss of the cherished time we should have spent together as a family during the holidays.

--- I am extremely disappointed with Love Holidays after my last two bookings, which have been nothing short of a nightmare. Their unprofessionalism and lack of customer care are beyond unacceptable. ### Booking 1: Cyprus I booked an all-inclusive holiday to Cyprus, and the experience was appalling. I was placed in the messiest room imaginable. I raised multiple support tickets and made countless calls, only for these tickets to be closed without any proper response. After much persistence, I was told to fill out an after-holiday complaint form, only to be informed they couldn’t do anything about the issues with the hotel or its staff. The hotel was a disaster: - *Room condition*: Messy and poorly maintained. - *Staff behavior*: Sexist and dismissive. - *Food quality*: Horrible, with little to no variety. I had to spend over £500 eating outside despite paying for an all-inclusive package. Upon returning, I tried to follow up with Love Holidays. I called *over 20 times*, repeatedly requesting callbacks that *never came*, despite receiving email confirmations that a callback would be made. This complete disregard for communication is unacceptable. ### Booking 2: Egypt For my Egypt holiday, I was supposed to make the final payment this week (Friday), but their system falsely indicated that it was due the previous Friday. Without any prior warning or call, I received a *cancellation notice less than 7 days before my trip*! This morning, I noticed an attempt to take payment, so I immediately called. Instead of resolving the issue, the representative dismissed my plea to process the payment over the phone, leaving me *£1,600 out of pocket* and my holiday canceled. The sheer indifference from their staff is appalling. ### Overall Experience Love Holidays’ customer service is non-existent. They do not call back, do not address complaints, and clearly do not care about their customers. From being ignored on multiple occasions to losing money because of their incompetence, my experiences have been nothing but stressful and infuriating. If you’re considering booking with them, *DON’T!* Save yourself the hassle and book with a company that values its customers. Love Holidays has proven to be the *worst holiday agency* I’ve ever dealt with.

Worst travel company ever . Booked a trip for April with my family . 2 days after booking a commitment came up that we can’t miss and I tried to change the date with LH . Been going back and forth for almost 2 weeks now . They up their charges for the exact same flights . They say the flight change is not available when the airline says it is . They then made all my changes at a hefty fee giving me 48 hours to reply . I replied on the same date and they sent me a confirmation for a different time to that agreed. Now they just ignore me . They are scammers . Don’t book with them .

Love holidays are the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Customer service is appalling. You can't speak to amendments team who are really the only ones who seem to be able to do anything. They cannot liase with airlines on your behalf so you have to do it yourself therefore doing the job you've paid them for. Flights I booked where changed and I wasn't notified and love holidays is refusing to help me and told me to look for my own flights at extra cost to myself despite me paying 350 euro for original flights....STAY AWAY

Changed my hotel 5 days before our flight despite my having confirmation and having paid outstanding amount several weeks prior. Was meant to be a family reunion, other family members booked direct through TUI, they had no problem with their booking...offered hotel in exchange driving distance away. Not acceptable.

This company and it's partners are full of scams, better stay away from this company, they do have a lot of hidden cost, in their hotel, in the flight the book flight with, and the ground transport. If you book with them by thinking it's cheap you will end up with spending more than normal expenses as the do a lot scam

Love holidays refused to admit using them the first time but said the second time so be careful Biggest load off rip-off merchants going. We booked a trip from Hurghada to Cairo by air. Given days on the information leaflet was Tuesday or Wednesday. We requested to book Wednesday as we were going home on Friday and wanted a restful day before flying home. The representative Osama said it was now booked to which we paid €500. On the Tuesday evening he messaged us and said we would be picked up at 4.30amThursday! We reluctantly agreed. He then got in touch Wednesday evening to say he had booked the flight and we were going to be picked up at 2.30am in the morning. We disagreed as it was too early and the idea of flying was so we didn’t have to get up to early ,so less travel and shorter day. It would mean leaving the hotel At 2.30am and get back at around 10.00pm. We could go by bus quicker. We asked for our money back but he refused. A lot of arguments followed so he said we could have €248. We accepted it as there was no changing his mind. When he turned up my partner had to sign a piece of paper to say we were ill so he had turned it round so it was our fault. Will never use them again and advise people not to as well. Dave Gardiner

One-Star Review for Love Holidays I am beyond disappointed with Love Holidays’ unprofessionalism and lack of customer care. Despite making over ten requests for a call back, nobody ever called me. They don’t help at all, no matter how many times you try to reach out. During my holiday—one of the worst experiences ever—they failed to answer any calls, closed all open tickets without addressing a single concern, and left me to deal with the mess on my own. The hotel was a disaster: the facilities were in disrepair, and the staff were not only unhelpful but blatantly sexist. To make matters worse, even after filing a formal complaint, they still haven’t resolved anything. Their complete disregard for customer issues and refusal to take responsibility is unacceptable. This company is utterly unprofessional, unresponsive, and has no intention of helping its customers. Avoid them at all costs!

Stay right clear of Loveholidays! We had booked a holiday for this Christmas in New York, well in advance! However, we quickly found out that we wouldn’t be able to make the trip, as my wife couldn’t get her visa in time. I called these guys and told them about our situation- and they suggest we find an alternative location, so we did. We chose Punta Cana. (we also tried to postpone the trip for Chrismas next year, but holidays can only be booked 10 months in advance). Days goes by and I hear nothing back from their “ amendments team” and I call them again. Within an hour I received a “new holiday” with our new chosen destination. And here’s the kicker - with stopover in New York! (The must be having a laugh) I email the guy back and once again tell about my wife’s visa issue - and he writes back saying, it’s the first time he hears of it!!! (I do ask if their phone calls are not recorded? No reply) Then he sends some destinations I can choose from with United Airlines, majority of those doesn’t fly on our given days or I could choose a flight to Australia or New Zealand and put my 5 year old on a 36 hour travel hell all for a 6 nights holiday - no thank you. He then sends another holiday option - we just have to pay a substantial amount extra - nearly £3000 on top, errmm no thank you! I then tell Loveholidays to cancel our trip altogether, as this doesn't make financial sense whatsoever. They then ask for almost £1900 as our flights are "non-refundable" I then write them again - and says: are you telling me, that United Airlines can't resell our tickets, this well in advance - at this point there's more than a month to our travel date. Again no reply! Few days go by, still no word from Loveholidays. I then call United Airlines (quite costly phone call) their representative tells me that the tickets can be cancelled and refunded, but only by Loveholidays. We then get patched through to Loveholidays and gets told, that the tickets can't be refunded, as they are booked through a third party - I ask if I can get the name of this third party and some contact details, so I can explain our situation myself and why we unfortunately, couldn't go on our trip. He tells me, that he can't give me those informations! Nor is he willing to contact them to cancel our flights. I then call United Airlines again and they confirm that it is in fact Loveholidays who booked the flights and they alone can cancel our tickets - no third party etc. She also tells me, if needed I can get a transcript of our conversation - as this can serve as proof that the representatives from Loveholidays are lying and just wants to collect money from flights, if you all the sudden can't travel. Luckily enough, we didn't pay for the entire holiday upfront, but only a smaller deposit - Loveholidays are currently franticly trying to get more money withdrawn from my account, which I have blocked. I’m not supporting thieves. I will definitely NOT be using their ‘services” ever again.
