I booked a weekend away to Benidorm for 1st April 2020 for 6 people Despite them emailing me to say they had been refunded from Ryanair I am still waiting for a full refund. I should have received £450 but only received £29 for some reason!! ?? They are impossible to get through to as their “live chat” doesn’t seem to exist!
