Avoid like the plague. These are not a genuine travel agent despite being listed as one, they are simply a bunch of liars and crooks who switched off the phone lines last march bar the one you can book on, they are almost impossible to contact unless using an automated online service and very rarely reply and on the rare occasion they do they constantly lie to customers. This has been ongoing since the start of the pandemic. Please feel free to check out the *love holidays refund help * group on Facebook *where you will find 8 thousand customers who's posts back all this up.. The group was set up by one disgruntled customer in March 2020. Feel free to join us while we all fight LHs for the refunds we are all legally due. Lots of helpful advice available on how everyone can get the refunds due to them from this company who deny selling package holidays and claim to only be a booking agent when they need to refund your money. Be warned stay away from love holidays, they are no longer a member of ABTA either so no help from ABTA to obtain refunds as per the law anymore.
