Booked our holiday in November 2019 for October 2020, unable to go due to Covid rules.
Loveholidays, closed the phone lines, only "chat" is available NO REFUNDS, NO AMENDMENTS is the company line, been trying since September to sort this out. Turns out Loveholidays aren't a travel agent they are just really appalling brokers. Will Never use them again £3,000 wasted, wish I had used a proper company.
