Booked a package holiday pre-covid. Gave me the option to cancel during covid. I exercised the option to cancel. The company refunded the hotel accommodation but have since refused to refund the flights, stating that they’re non-refundable and the flight was never cancelled, all after sending numerous emails since August 2020 stating that they would pass on a refund for flights once received from the airline. No doubt these people changed their Tc’s & C’s and removed themselves from ATOL since. I've made complaints to Trading Standards and the CMA. Avoid this company at all costs.
