My family and I were booked to go to Sicily last August, with a package deal through loveholidays. Due to the pandemic, we decided to change the date. This was both easy and stress free, we did not have to pay any surplus charges. We were due to go on the 2nd April this year and this has been cancelled, due to the pandemic. We have just received a full refund for both the Easy Jet flights, transfers and accommodation from loveholidays. We had to apply for the refund for the flights directly with Easy Jet and the rest through loveholidays. It was all very straightforward. I just wanted to say thank you and we really appreciate that we weren't even charged an admin fee. We have been refunded every penny that we paid. You hear so many awful stories but loveholidays have always been really reliable and provided us with some fantastic holidays. We will definitely rebook this holiday next year.
