Dreadful company! We had to do a Chargeback to get deposit back because LH illegally withheld deposits to us & others. Later, LH also made refund, so our Bank debited us to balance it out to all square.
7 months later LH tried billing us for an odd amount for no reason, now our Bank is dealing with this. No communication from this tin pot travel agent even though we wrote to their CEO.
Incompetence, negligence, deliberate scammers, don't ever book with them, & don't trust their Fake reviews on Trust Pilot written by staff!
