SCAM- stay away! I booked with confidence on their convincing website, trusting positive reviews on trustpilot. Flights was cancelled in the last minute ( my place on the flight apparently, not the flight..). Couldn't contact them for a week, airline said they can't refund me because I booked with loveholidays. After about 15 hours wasted on the online chat, someone managed to tell me that they are not trained to help me...Loveholidays made 7k from us not going on holidays. I left a bad review on trust pilot, it was quickly followed by fake 5 stars reviews, and my one star review was removed....Looks like they always win...They are the bot specialist of scam.
