Booked with love holidays, a week after booking the flights got changed from a direct 4hr flight to an indirect flight with a 7hr gap over two days. Love holidays continued to take money out my bank even though i deleted my card details, they have not contacted me or tried to resolve this. The flight operator have offered to cancel the flights free of charge but they need love holidays to contact them.
Love holidays wont take calls out with 30 days of travel, no email and no way of contacting them.
