AVOID AVOID SAVE YOURSELVES A LOT OF… AVOID AVOID SAVE YOURSELVES A LOT OF BOTHER. I booked a holiday with this company for 4 nights in a superior room pool view then through the app I upgraded to all inclusive. On arrival at the hotel the reception staff was very pleasant at check in. He gave me my keys and said this is you key for your standard room so I asked him to check again he said I have it’s a standard room. I explained to him what I’d booked he said loveholidays had booked this. I was absolutely fuming rang loveholidays eventually got the most unhelpful person who said this is what I’d booked so I told him it certainly wasn’t he said I’ll get back to you in a couple of hours with a resolution.in the meantime I asked the receptionist how much extra is a superior room he said €100 so I paid it and thought loveholidays would reimburse me. It was over 24hours before they emailed me to let me know it would be €115 to change my room. So to add insult to injury they wanted €15 more than the hotel. Absolutely disgusting service then when you get home they say they can’t deal with it now cause your home. My advice would be use a reputable holiday company and NOT these budget ones.
