My problem is ongoing and nobody will answer my emails and the customer services is a joke I was 93 in a queue and never got to speak to anybody , I tried again and was 62 in a queue , an hour later when I checked I wasn’t even in the queue . You may notice there isn’t a phone number to actually talk to anybody
