Since I bought directly from them, it's only they can make the exchange, I lost all the money and my vacation, apart from the stress I've been experiencing since Friday, because I spent more than 400 pounds on this trip, I DO NOT PURCHASE WITH LOVE HOLIDAYS, in case have a problem, they just don't care, you lose your vacation and your money.
