All I’ve been trying to do is change a name of the lead passenger on a booking. Not hard, surely? Well of course it is. You contact the agents through ‘Manage my Booking’ where you are presented with a contact section. I provided them information of the new passenger 3 times, each time there was an issue on their side regarding the booking (apparently they cancel the booking and rebook if you change the name? and now there’s no availability) … what the hell. I’ve already got a booking why are they talking about no availability. So I called the hotel myself and changed the name. When I messaged LoveHolidays to tell them about this, they opened a new case and asked again for the new lead passenger?!? Going round in circles
Can hardly understand the operators, strong accent and without being rude, an English customer need to employ English speaking reps because their accent is so strong I don’t understand a thing they’re saying …
