What a con of a company. They took my deposit twice, i messaged them on instagram which i heard was the best way to contact them, but unstead ignore answering my query, they blocked me. The hotel that we paid for wasn't even booked, they told me on live chat that they don't book that until the week before, which is very odd. Customer service is a joke, staff haven't a clue & are very rude. I paid my deposit but tried to dispute it because of the company's behaviour, but they didn't refund or block future payments, so i took an overdraft out for the deposit amount with no intentions of paying it, and moved all my future payments out to make sure these con artists font get another penny of my money.
