Got message saying british airways have cancelled our flights to the Domican republic in may of 2023. Offered us to us the money for another holiday or take a full refund, when we asked for a refund they then took a percentage out for them selfs so how is that a full refund. Then can’t get hold of them on the phone , And give you a computer to answer your questions that you never get an answer for, Rip of in these times.
