DISGUSTING HOTEL VERIFIED BY LOVE HOLIDAYS AS 4 STAR. I have now arrived home in the UK. I need this moving to senior management right now. As I am now filing for a full refund. You put me in a supposedly 4 star hotel. The HTOP. ROYAL SUN HOTEL in Santa Susanna. This is not a 4 star hotel, I would not let a stray dog sleep in that hotel, or its rooms. The sheer ignorance from the hotel, and the audacity to think, and even imply that it was acceptable for me and my young child to sleep in them conditions was completely disgusting. The room smelled of mold, amonia, damp, and urine could also be smelled. The air con did not work at all, nor did half the hotel in fact. We had to keep window open constantly. The noise from outside, and the heat, I had no sleep for nearly 48 hours. I ended up putting the mattress on the floor, but did no good. I spent the rest of the holiday catching up on sleep. You and your incompetence ruined our holiday. Water was pouring in from the above swimming pool into the reception area, the all inclusive started at 10 am, and finished at 11pm. If you needed a drink before or after them times you was charged. The dinning room had no aircon at all, no windows, the heat was unbearable, you just sat there and sweat. It was horrendous. This holiday took me over 4 months to save for, and pay for. Might I also add I am disabled and on benefits. This was no easy task to save that money, as I went with out food at home some months. I even telephoned the hotel some two weeks before the trip, and explained to the hotel staff this was the very first holiday abroad with my only child. I hold you LOVEHOLIDAYS fully accountable for selling this holiday to me. I even telephoned your overseas number at 4a.m in the morning. I arrived at the hotel just gone 11.30 the perilous evening. I asked if a Love holidays agent could come and view the hotel and rooms, and flatly refused to do so. the room was filthy, the bath was cracked and just filled in with putty. The smell of mould was overpowering. The picture of pipe work with mould and rotting food was the last straw. How bloody dare you put me and my child into an establishment like that. Trust me when I say this, if I not given a full refund, I will smear you all over watch dog. Because I am absolutely disgusted. I am now seeking a full refund. The flights, the transfers, the seat allocations. This has cost me nearly £1500 to sleep in a place not fit for a dog, I have seen cleaner dog boarding kennels. I have been in accommodation in Rhyl for £25.00 a night better than this place. I have pictures to back this up as well. Shame I cannot upload here. They ask to allow for 56 days to investigate, but banks are restricted on the amount of time between time of sale and a dispute for money back claims. I however am not waiting for there investigation, as I have proof what they sold me was a steaming pile of s#%*e as I have pictures, and lots of them. But look at my avatar above, that's one of the pictures from the hotel room. I have now started a dispute with my bank directly. Atoll are useless, and love holidays was kicked out of ABTA, or removed. Not good. BOYCOTT NOW. There reply below just now, sums up what they are about. GOD DAM JOKE. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!!
