AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Refused to answer a query on the charge for my holiday - overcharged me by nearly £700 and refused to put me through to speak to a human, let alone a Manager. Refused to honour price guarantee. When I asked to speak to a Manager, the 'human' on the live chat called Jade cut me off with a message saying 'I am sorry my answer doesn't meet your satisfaction. I appreciate just how difficult this information can be to accept and hope the next time we speak I'm able to provide a better outcome for you.
