DO NOT BOOK WITH COMPANY. NO BETTER THAN A SCAM!!! So I booked a holiday to Iceland which was advertised as a Christmas market experience to find out no Christmas markets were on for the dates advertised. When I tried to contact LH all I got was an automated voice saying to go through the app as no customer service to help with a current booking, only the app. If I cancelled I lost all money if I did it through app. So I went to easy jet to cancel the flights no problem there. The money would be refunded, £685. Today find out easy jet sent money back to LH as they are the payment provider so spend ages on phone to LH via their new sales line, who ultimately refuse to pass the refund on stating their policy is flights are none refundable. Easy jet advised to contact bank to issue a merchant dispute.
