I was seeking advice for my first booking with the company, but unfortunately, Lucey's communication skills were extremely poor and almost argumentative. Instead of providing helpful guidance, Lucey's approach was confrontational and it left me feeling discouraged. As a first-time customer, this negative interaction has put me off from booking with Love Holiday Company, despite the prices being within my budget. It's evident that Lucey requires retraining in customer service to ensure that future customers do not have a similar experience. As a potential customer looking forward to a pleasant booking experience, I was disappointed by Lucey's attitude and lack of professionalism. It's crucial for customer service representatives to communicate effectively, provide accurate information, and offer solutions in a respectful manner. Sadly, my encounter with Lucey fell short of these expectations.
