ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY I urge everyone to stay clear. This has caused so much stress as we are getting charged more and more because of the add on of two children they will not answer their phones and emails and REFUSE to refund unless we pay the refund fee that cost more than the holiday! I can not afford this. I have contacted lawyers who also do not know what to do. I beg if anyone knows anything that might help me get out of this situation It would mean the world if you shared it, looking at these other reviews has scared me as none have a good ending.
