This site is not reliable. I have booked a resort in Hurgarda for November, a two bedroom apartment for my family of 5. we selected this apartment on the loveholidays website after seeing the images provided by the resort. when we arrived they told us that they didn't have any apartments, and they gave us a standard room where there wasn't room for all of us. loveholidays instead of admitting that they had deceived us, said that the resort had done the right thing and that they had given us what we had paid for and that therefore they would not give us a refund or change the hotel. an absolute disgrace for the resort and for loveholidays, unprofessional and unreliable. And contacting them is impossible to say the least, terrible customer service. And we were not the only ones to suffer this scam, because on the same day of our arrival another couple also had the same misfortune and loveholidays neither refunded nor changed the hotel.
