TOTAL FRAUDS. FRAUDS. Made a booking last sunday for Feb Half-term, with all the extras. Had to pay full price upfront to secure the deal. Got an email saying they need 72hrs to confirm things, never heard from them. When we called, they said they cant get the flights for which we paid for & have to pay £250.00 extra each or wait & hope. Asked to speak to the manager, got promised a call back same day before 5pm, but never heard from anyone. Called again next day, got told very rudely, we are not Robots, manager will call when possible, again no call back. Spoke to about 7 different people across 4 days without getting through to any senior person, getting a call back or any emails regarding the booking. Eventually gave up & cancelled our holiday, now waiting for a refund. Meanwhile prices for other options we originally had, have gone up so much that looks like we are priced-out now :( Never using or recommending them ever!! Date of experience: 14 January 2024
