just booked a Seaview balcony room and paid in full, then received a confirmation showing a standard room { no balcony } even though I have all printed documents showing the room I booked and I had paid the price of a balcony room, there customer support tell me im wrong there's nothing they can do, and refuse to let me speak to a manager or to make a complaint, this is plain theft, let you book an expensive room then give you a cheaper room and refuse to talk to you.
