Terrible Experience with Loveholidays - Avoid at All Costs! I recently had a horrendous experience with Loveholidays that I want to share to warn others. I booked a family holiday to Turkey for £10,050, which was a significant amount of money. After 48 hours, not only did I not receive a confirmation, but I was also told that the price had gone up by an additional £2,350. This is outrageous and completely unacceptable. After taking my money, Loveholidays informed me about the price increase, which felt like a blatant attempt to con me. I had to call their customer service, which took around 45 minutes to get through. When I finally spoke to someone, they were extremely rude and unhelpful, insisting that I had to pay the extra amount due to a price increase. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. This company tried to rob us of our hard-earned money. I immediately contacted my bank to try to get my money back and included a recording of the conversation as proof. Loveholidays does not provide any assistance or support. They don't even have a proper email for customer service, making it nearly impossible to resolve issues. Because of them, I have lost my summer holiday and am now struggling to get my money back. Please avoid booking with Loveholidays at all costs. They are unreliable, unhelpful, and seem to be running a scam to exploit customers. Save yourself the trouble and book with a more reputable company.
