Loveholidays: Ignoring Requests, Ruining Anniversaries, Price-Gouging, AND Ignoring Complaints?!
Loveholidays? More like Lovenothappyholidays! This company is the absolute WORST when it comes to amendments, customer service, pricing, and apparently, basic customer service protocol. They single-handedly turned our special anniversary trip into a frustrating nightmare.
A Request Graveyard, Anniversary Nightmare, Price Gouging Extravaganza, and Complaint Stonewall:
Since May 20th, I've attempted to make a simple amendment for our anniversary getaway. However, my requests have been repeatedly ignored! Meanwhile, they want to charge an outrageous amount to add just one extra night – only £100 less than booking the entire trip for seven nights! This is pure price gouging for a single person's one-night addition!
Rude Ringmasters and Extortionate Fees:
The few times I did manage to connect with a representative, the experience was awful. They were rude, unhelpful, and quoted outrageous fees for the most basic changes. Apparently, even a shred of decency costs extra at Loveholidays.
Communication Black Hole:
Trying to get any kind of progress is like trying to herd cats. Emails vanish into the ether, and phone calls lead nowhere. The whole process is designed to frustrate you into giving up.
The ABTA Betrayal:
Adding insult to injury, we discovered Loveholidays isn't even ABTA approved! This lack of protection is a huge red flag, and had we known, we never would have booked with them.
Never Again, Loveholidays!
This whole ordeal has left us incredibly stressed and questioning our entire booking. Forget ever using Loveholidays again! There are plenty of other travel companies who actually listen to customers, offer ABTA protection, and don't engage in blatant price gouging.
Loveholidays, you've successfully ignored our requests, ruined our anniversary trip, offered zero ABTA protection, AND tried to rip us off with extortionate fees. To top it all off, you claim you don't accept complaints or have a complaints procedure! This is a blatant disregard for customer rights. If negative stars were a thing, you'd get them all! Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs!
