I have a booking to a hotel we regularly use ,we booked last summer for this June 24th for 14 nights. We received an email from Tui who are providing the flight on 15th December2023 stating change of flight time.Again l received another email from Tui on 29th February to confirm the flight times. I have not received any information from Love Holidays. I have used this company 3 times and unfortunately still have one more booking this year. But I shall never book with love holidays again.They have no idea of customer service.Definately not to be trusted.A very poor company.Last year I had a similar situation and I emailed and sent a Royal Mail recorded letter to the CEO guess what no reply to either. Should have known the they were a rubbish company. Mike Plant
