Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were given a room that was in a deplorable state. The moment we opened the door, we were greeted by a foul odor. Inside, the room was filthy and infested with bugs. The bed sheets were stained and dirty. We immediately reported this to the receptionist, who was unhelpful and dismissive. After several hours of waiting at the reception, we were eventually moved to another room, only to find it in the same horrendous condition: full of bugs and dirt. The distress caused by this situation was overwhelming, particularly for my young children, aged 2 and 6. They were scared and crying, begging to go home. We were left with no choice but to leave the resort and find alternative accommodation on our own, which added to our stress and financial burden. I am attaching pictures and videos that clearly show the unsanitary conditions of the rooms and the distress of my children.
