Picked out holiday. Paid up front. No email confirmation. When we phoned this company to ask whereour confirmation was we were told to wait 72 hours which we wasn’t happy about. Then told our holiday wasn’t available anymore! They wanted to offer us another. As it was less than24 hours after booking said we was going to get onto our bank.
We phoned bank and our total amount was paid back in . Thank goodness!
This company is so unprofessional. Please DO NOT use them.
