We booked a holiday at the Hollywood mirage in Tenerife and on the 2nd night of our stay our hotel room was broken into and we were robbed
This was a very distressing and disturbing event as we were in bed (duplex room )
What is more concerning is it is a common problem at this hotel and the rooms are very easy to break into
Even more concerning is the total disregard for guest safety and total lack of customer service from the hotel management and love holidays
