We booked an all inclusive holiday to Tunisia with Love Holidays. We arrived at the hotel and it was certainly not as advertised. The hotel (Shem Village) should come with a health warning! The hotel room was like a dungeon and not like the image of the one we supposedly booked. The complex was poorly maintained, the pool was slimy, the bar and resteraunt was like school hall serving food which was not identifiable and of very poor quality. We stayed an hour, tried explaining our problems to the most unhelpful member if staff. We wasn't going to spend any more time in this awful place, so had no choice but to find better accommodation. All the other hotels in the area were booked up so paid extra for an apartment for two days before booking the next available plane home. Tried speaking with a LH representative who wasn't helpful at all!! Won't be using Love Holidays again and will be advising everyone else not to use them. Spent a lot of money for a 7 night all inclusive only to arrange additional accommodation and an early flight home! Disgusting!
