Absolutely terrible. Booked a holiday for a friend. When I made my original booking, the confirmation came back with the wrong dates, only to then be told that the hotel was non refundable and no amendments. So....£132 lost, + costs to amend the flights. Rebooked for the correct dates, and all seemed fine. Sadly our friend suffered a stroke and was unable to travel. Contacted loveholidays, who informed me that of the £500+ paid, I wails get £261 refunded. Another email followed, stating the had made a mistake and the hotel was non refundable again, At least Dick Turpin wore a mask to show he was a robber. I will never use this company ever again.
