Bad experience using love holidays so far. Their website claims you can do everything easily through their manage my booking app...but only when the damn thing works and when its down theres no back up, even over the phone! I've just been told I've been waiting a week to accept amendments to my holiday because their system is down! I may now have to cancel the holiday and the flights that cost extra to re-arrange on the advice of love holidays. Really easy and stress free? Not a chance, THE most stressful holiday booking experience I've ever had! Just got off the phone with them now...they won't do anything over the phone unless your going on your holiday in the next 14 days? why? They've just piled a load of undue stress on me now. I've been trying to sort my issue for a week and after finally talking to some one who could access their system I was told they'll just forward my request to the department it went to in first place and I have to wait up to 72hrs for a response! Why? What a bizarre set up! I AM NEVER USING THIS FIRM AGAIN...I'M ACTUALLY CONCERNED ABOUT MY UPCOMING HOLIDAY NOW. IF THIS IS THE EFFORT THEY PUT IN TO HELPING YOU BEFORE YOU GO AWAY GOD KNOWS WHAT ITLL BE LIKE WHEN I AM AWAY! FINGERS CROSSED
