Tried to cancel my holiday to Majorcia due to out break of the corona virus at location. Like war etc and out break of a serious disease that they will issue customer a full refund of all money paid and no fees would be charged to cancel. I rang them twice over 2 days. Got a person called Erico Castro both times. He was rude and very unhelpfull and hung up on me both times. Ask to speak to a manager who was available for him to talk to but not for me to talk too. Have had to get solicitor envolved today the 27 Feb 2020 to start legal action against loveholidays to get my refund as they have breeched their own terms and conditions. Would not recommend anyone to book a holiday by using loveholidays. Com. Rating would be zero below
