I was due to travel to Dubai on Thursday and due to government lockdown on travel love holidays wrote to me and said to do nothing and i would receive an sms message re the cancelation ...despite several attempts to contact them again ive heard nothing ..i will be contacting my insurance company now regarding my refund.. .shocking ...they should be closed down
