Wish I could give it a 0. Absolutely horrific company! In times like these, shutting all of their phone lines... So unable to get in touch unless you 'live message' them which is hardly ever available and when you do get hold of someone they copy and paste the same message over and over again and then end the conversation. So unbelievably infuriating, they have nothing to say about breeching their terms and conditions about issuing refunds, and simply say wait 48 hours until further guidance. They referred us back to our flight provider (BA) to get a refund for flights as said they cannot do it, but when we spoke to BA they were shocked and appalled and said only loveholidays can issue a refund for our flights as it was booked from them. The gentleman. At BA said if loveholidays are saying anything different then what they are doing is illegal. So shocking, never experienced customer service like it. I appreciate circumstances are dire for everyone, but I am happy to wait longer on hold so I can actually speak to an agent! The only reason they won't open phonelines is to hide the fact they are acting illegally by keeping everyone's money. The people running this company should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.
