Love Holidays are refusing to refund my flight money, and telling me to contact the airline direct for a refund. ABTA say this is WRONG and Love Holidays are legally obligated to refund me direct. When I told this to Love Holidays they disconnected the chat. Love holidays told me that I could only cash a refund credit note AFTER it expires and when the protection has ended, which means I risk not getting anything. ABTA said this is WRONG. Refund credit notes should be refunded in full BEFORE the expiry date. Love Holidays misinformed me and disconnected me on 3 occasions just for asking for what I know I am legally entitled to. They have stolen my money and ended all communication. I am disgusted to read reviews of where they have refused refunds to vulnerable older people, or people who are financially struggling. I think Love-less Holidays would be a more fitting re-branding. I would advise everyone who has been ripped off by Love-less holidays to put a formal complaint into ABTA. They will contact Love-less holidays on your behalf and ABTA have the power to discipline and ultimately withdraw membership to Love-less Holidays.
