This company if you can call them that are disgusting,dishonest . The holiday was cancelled due to covid virus, I moved the flights so I could rebook in October when I hubby was off work, and when I went to rebook just the hotel and transfers, but the voucher reduced in value by 200 pounds , it appeared that they wanted you to rebook the whole thing again and pay for the flights again. But why should I, and also they wanted more money as well, o I feel conned because the voucher is not worth the full value. I have requested a refund but they said it would take 30 days, and I would have to take the flights up with easyJet, but I feel cheated because I only moved the flights so I could rebook the holiday, but I can’t cause I can’t get the full value of the voucher to use. I tried to look at July when my husband is off but it’s double the price I can’t afford that. So I have hired a solicitor and I want all my money back 881.00 pounds love holidays, or it will be see u in court, I would not recommend this company or would I encourage others to use them.
