Joke of a company total lack of communication ability with this company. Holiday was cancelled waiting to board flight to Lanzarote only messaging managed at time was claim of insurance. As like many other people no response or follow up communication with them. No chat line, no phone and no manage my bookings messaging response . Warning never use this company.
