I completely understand that all operators are busy due to the pandemic going on in the world, however when you are required to pay the full balance on your holiday over a year in advance ( which isnt a problem if everything was confirmed) when the ages of the children are still being disputed with the "supplier" as it keeps getting referenced, then i think it is an absolute disgrace that we are unable to even contact the company to discuss the booking. 14 days straight now we have been on everyday trying to get into the huge Queue on live chat but cant even get into that. "Sorry all of our operators are busy at the moment please refresh this page in a few minutes" thats the message occurring constantly. Unless you are one of the lucky ones who manages to not have a problem with the holiday at all then you are in for a real ride of stress and anxiety with the customer services. We definately wouldnt book through this channel again, its definately not worth the hassles.
