Then when they have refused to give you a satisfactory reply you can escalate it to ABTA. ABTA tend to support their members and not the customer, but if that happens you can report both LH and ABTA to the CMA, which is again a very easy and quick process on line. Venting on review sites makes you feel better, but it doesn't bring these charlatans to order, whereas using the processes that are available does. Plus there is always Martin Lewis Money Programme, Your Money and Your Life, and Watchdog. The more people who contact the media the more things may improve. Although in my view LH is heading for broke as no-one will book with them again, but let's hope refunds get processed first. If the companies that have mistreated customers due to Covid go bust then the good companies will thrive as we will only book with them.
