I had to cancel my holiday to Madeira in May because of Covid I was flying BA and while BA would not refund my flight cost direct as I had booked with Love Holidays I emailed and tried to get in touch with them by phone and nothing. After weeks of trying I had no choice but to use my travel insurance. Love holidays already charged me 90 pounds to cancel and travel insurance charged me an excess of 73 pounds so thanks to Love holidays I received about £30 back. I saw on another site that Ryanair had paid back Love holidays for a customers flight but Love Holidays had not given the money back to customer.
