I only write to forewarn others not to use this company. After relentless attempts over one week to get through on webchat i can only conclude this company has created a non contactable customer service policy removing any phone numbers and email response. They are hiding behind we are very busy bull s... beware of the cancelleation charges, given that you cannot contact them to discuss options you can only cancel your holiday once you pay their £75.00 cancellation fee. Disgusting, avoid this company like the plague!
