We booked to go on holiday August 1st. We had flights cancelled weeks ago and informed Love Holidays but they still took the balance owing from our credit card. It is absolutely impossible to get in touch with them by phone, chat or email. We are now sat in limbo not knowing who to turn to. I just want to scream!!!
