Booked an All inclusive Holiday to Antalya in January, due to covid-19 cancel led which was expected. Love Holidays have offered me a partial refund which excludes the flights (Easyjet). This was booked as an Atol protected holiday which includes refund of the flights. So I amamazed that they are not paying me the flight money I have to go through Easyjet, but I booked it as a package. I have never used Love Holidays before who rate themselves as No. 1 for online Holidays, I think they need to rethink their slogan. No. 1 for rip off holidyas. Customer relations is absolute joke phone numbers down and live chat is not up and running they are just running away from customers. Do not use them......
